Yes. Every personalized order includes a free digital proof. Please check spelling and spacing carefully before you approve it.

Embroidery is made to order. Typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval, plus shipping.

We ship within the United States by USPS or UPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
