Shipping across the USA
Every piece is embroidered to order, then shipped by USPS or UPS. Most orders leave the studio within a few business days after you approve your digital proof. Free standard US shipping on orders over $75.
Returns and order issues
Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from your approved proof. If something is not right, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
