Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses may take longer. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing time

Embroidery is made to order. Typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval for most items; larger orders take longer.

Delivery time and cost

Orders ship by USPS or UPS, with typical transit of 2–7 business days depending on your location. Free standard shipping on orders over $75; a flat rate applies below that.

You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. If you entered the wrong address, contact us right away.
